Tessa brings together financial discipline and hands-on operational leadership, shaped by years of experience in fast-growing venture capital and private equity environments. As Chief Operating Officer at Bioqube, she is responsible for the firm’s back office function, including finance, communication, legal, ESG, and related operational domains, ensuring that robust structures and processes support Bioqube’s long-term growth and strategic ambitions.

Before joining Bioqube, Tessa was CFO and Risk Manager at Fortino Capital, a European venture capital and private equity fund focused on B2B software companies. In this role, she played a central part in building and scaling fund and investment structures, overseeing risk, supporting fundraising and investor reporting, and professionalizing internal operations.

Earlier in her career, Tessa held finance roles at Aminolabs Group, a private equity–backed health and sports nutrition company, where she contributed to acquisitions, integrations, and systems implementations.
