Rod is a Partner at Bioqube Ventures with a focus on early-stage therapeutics. He joined the team in 2022, bringing more than a decade of experience in life science investing. Previously at PMV, he was instrumental in the formation, financing, and/or exit of several start-ups, including GST (acquired by Boehringer Ingelheim), Bluebee (acquired by Illumina), Dualyx, and Flamingo Therapeutics. He has served on the boards of these and other companies, such as Confo Therapeutics, miDiagnostics, and Aelin Therapeutics.

Earlier in his career, Rod worked as an equity research analyst at Degroof Petercam, covering European biotech and advising on IPOs including argenx, Biocartis, and Curetis.
