Odile is a Partner at Bioqube Ventures, where she leads investor relations and is actively involved in business development activities. She brings a unique perspective from her combined background in science, finance, and advisory roles and is closely connected to the Swiss ecosystem. Before joining Bioqube, Odile worked as a pharmaceutical analyst and later served as a scientific advisor to André Hoffmann, Vice Chairman of Roche. She also serves on the evaluation board at Wyss Zurich and as a healthcare advisor to Bootstrap Europe, supporting early-stage biotech innovation and healthcare investments.
She holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Geneva and an MSc from the University of Fribourg, where she completed her Master’s thesis in oncology at The Scripps Research Institute in San Diego.
Beyond work, she enjoys family time, skiing, kitesurfing, golf, and waterskiing, where she was a four-time Swiss Junior Champion.
