Janine brings more than two decades of expertise in antibody research and development. As Senior Vice President at Genmab, she pioneered innovative antibody technologies including DuoBody®, HexaBody®, and HexElect®, which contributed to multiple FDA-approved therapies such as amivantamab, epcoritamab, teclistamab, and talquetamab.

She has co-invented many therapeutic antibodies, built numerous successful academic and industry collaborations, and is widely recognized as a thought leader and frequent a speaker in the field. Today, Janine is an independent consultant (Lust for Life Science B.V.), collaborating with biotech and academic partners worldwide. She serves as Vice President of The Antibody Society and Board Director of Commit Biologics.
